It was impeccably clean, and the people were helpful! The location was central, really close to the both train station and pubs and trains. The Cavern Club was also next to the hotel. Just perfect stay, we had all essentials.

Very comfortable overall experience. The place was clean with a nice design and pleasant staff. I loved the room, the bed was very comfy. It was very central and close to Cavern Walks.

The staff was efficient and the location was prime - altogether a perfect 10/10 experience. The room was compact, the bathroom was fairly clean. Great views. They provided fantastic service too.
Facilities were amazing, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Friendly location, soft beds, exceptional variety of breakfast food. Rooms were updated and attractive and bathroom was compact with a sauna. Besides, I parked nearby.

Pretty building. There were nice beds and central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk inside the room. Great stay in this pretty nice area. Also, the cavern club was not far. Late check-out too.

I appreciated the amazing service & the quiet charm of the hotel. Very courteous staff, were eager to help all the time. The airport was 15 km away from here, beautiful location. The pool was amazing and I had fine drinks in the snack bar.

It was fairly clean, the staff was really polite, plus the service was admirable. Comfy bed and an INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL view. Pleasant location at walking distance from liverpool museum. The early check-in process too.
